August 2021 - Curtain Call
Amélie: the Musical was one of the lucky shows to be brought back to life at the reopening of the West End in May 2021. In a desire to experience the magic of musical theatre once again, I found myself sitting eagerly at the Criterion Theatre, ready to be transported back into my hometown. It didn’t disappoint – on the contrary, I left the theatre with so much love and hope in my heart, I couldn’t stop smiling for the rest of the evening.
April 2020 - Broadway World UK
On 16 March, the lights went out in the West End. But was that the end of the arts? Not at all. Artists and creatives have continued to find ways of sharing their passion - including the numerous generous people now giving workshops and classes online, many for free.
Not only are they good for mental and physical health, but it also gives people who might be struggling financially an opportunity to take part.
November 2017 - The Mighty
At the beginning of this year, the new TV show “Riverdale” became one of the most popular drama shows among teenagers and young people, myself included. I felt immediately drawn to the characters and the mystery plot. And I really liked it.
But, as the show went on, I noticed some characters were treated really badly; especially characters who struggled with their mental health, such as Cheryl Blossom.

On Saturday 21st of August, I travelled to Manchester to see a production of Rent. As a theatre lover, this is quite a normal day for me. Except that it wasn’t.
Because, on that day, I finally got to see a live production of Rent after discovering it nine years before.
October 2020 - Broadway World UK
Performers from West End theatre and the Royal Ballet united to create a new song and accompanying dance film, Hush. The piece aims to highlight mental health issues during the Coronavirus pandemic, and to raise awareness of the UK's incredible performing arts sector during a difficult time.

Lucy would have been four years old today. They said it was the population overload. Too many people for such a small planet. Scientists did warn them, years ago. But they didn’t listen. They didn’t want to hear it. They refused to believe it. Yet here they were. Twenty years in the future with a population far superior to whatever was predicted. And so few resources left. Every day became a struggle. It was chaos everywhere.
October 2021 - Curtain Call
After living in London for three years, I finally went to see a play at the Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. For my first time, I decided to book the iconic Romeo & Juliet, directed by Ola Ince and Rachel Lemon, as assistant director.
Having studied Shakespeare’s works as part of my studies for a long time but having never seen a live theatre production of Romeo & Juliet before, I was really looking forward to it!
October 2017 - Poetry
Silence. Silence everywhere.
That’s all you can hear outside. Silence.
There is a war inside your head, but the only thing people hear is silence.
You try to speak but nothing comes out.
Your mind is a battlefield: one thought contradicts another. A chaos uninterrupted and unlimited.
Voices are yelling. They are telling you that you are not good enough, that you are no one, that the world would be better off without you. you are nothing.
September 2019 - On-going Story
Sara, a waitress with big dreams, feels trapped in her dull life… That is until she meets a young, mysterious orphan named Raven. After taking her under her wings, Raven disappears mysteriously, leaving her a strange Pocketwatch. Sara then starts a quest to find her but quickly realizes she is not the only one looking for her. A powerful organisation called The Iris are determined to find the young girl and use her Pocketwatch to alter the nature of time.
